Your undergraduate degree must be completed no less than two years before the commencement date of the program in February or July. Integrated Bachelor and Master degree will be accepted as long as students meet this completion timeframe.

Remuneration for Graduates will be from $91,422 per annum, on a 9 Day Fortnight, with ongoing opportunities for pay progression. The grade and level of payment will be subject to working arrangements and an assessment of the successful applicant’s knowledge, skills and competencies that are required in this position.

During the final year of the Graduate program, you are encouraged to apply for positions at the next level. Upon completion, you either remain on the program and continue to rotate throughout the business until a suitable role is available and accepted, or you will be appointed to a suitable role.

When applications are open you need to complete the online application form. Applications for graduate positions are advertised in March/April for commencement in either February or July the following year. Each graduate will have a development plan that is monitored. The support structure consists of 70% on job training, 20% coaching and mentoring and 10% formal technical and business training.
Graduates are encouraged to be a proactive contributor towards their development and career planning and remain engaged with mentors and supervisors to discuss their ongoing skills development.

You must have graduated or be eligible for graduation prior to commencing with us, so you would not be eligible to apply until your final year of study. However, students can apply for our Undergraduate programs.
