Important Notice: PeakSmart Cashback Rewards Program is now closed to new installations
The PeakSmart Cashback Rewards Program is now closed to new installations. If you have already installed PeakSmart and have not yet claimed your reward, you can submit your claim by midnight (AEST) on 31 December 2025. Late claims will not be accepted. The PeakSmart Program will continue operating with existing customers during demand response events.
The PeakSmart Cashback Rewards Program offered up to $400 for eligible installations completed by 30 November 2025.
Only installations completed by 30 November 2025 are eligible for cashback. Claims must be submitted by 31 December 2025.

Claim your cashback
If you installed PeakSmart before 30 November 2025 and have not yet claimed your reward, you can submit your claim by 31 December 2025. You will need the following information:
- A copy of your air-conditioning receipt
- The completed PeakSmart Air Conditioning Installation Form (PDF 104.3 kb)
- For businesses only: Tax invoice to claim your reward
- Your bank account details (BSB and Account Number). We pay all rewards by EFT.
Log in to our Customer Self Service Portal and apply for your reward.
